If you are a non-citizen with a current lawful presence (DACA, TPS, SIJ, Asylum seeker) and have not completed a FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid), please fill out the FAFSA Non-Filer Financial Form, so that we can calculate your EFC (Expected Family Contribution) to determine your financial eligibility for a Phillips Scholarship.
In your Phillips Application, when asked to upload your Student Aid Report, please upload a document stating that you are completing the FAFSA Non-Filer Financial Form.
