This year, Steph made a career shift, taking on a role in Human Resources as a member of the Talent Management team. Alongside her main role, she is heavily involved with Diversity, Equity and Inclusion efforts at work, currently serving as the President of the Generations Employee Resource Group. Steph lives in Hudson, NH with her husband, Dana, daughter, Lucy, and their dog, Douglas. With all that free time left, she enjoys reading, doing puzzles, exercising and watching a good TV show! She has also been a member of the Stephen Phillips Scholarship reading team for seven years, and serves on the Alumni Council.
