Stephanie Breeden

Stephanie Breeden graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 2010 with her BS in Electrical Engineering. Since then, she has been working at BAE Systems in Southern New Hampshire. While working at BAE Systems, she also attended evening classes at Worcester Polytechnic Institute to obtain her Master's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering, which she received in 2013. For her first 13 years at BAE Systems, she worked in the Engineering organization, first as a Hardware Engineer and then moving on to leading and managing early career leadership development programs. This year, Steph made a career shift, taking on a role in Human Resources as a member of the Talent Management team.  Alongside her main role, she is heavily involved with Diversity, Equity and Inclusion efforts at work, currently serving as the President of the Generations Employee Resource Group. Steph lives in Hudson, NH with her husband, Dana, daughter, Lucy, and their dog, Douglas. With all that free time left, she enjoys reading, doing puzzles, exercising and watching a good TV show! She has also been a member of the Stephen Phillips Scholarship reading team for seven years, and serves on the Alumni Council.
